Honestly I was quite surprised at the thoroughness, knowledge and courteous service I received. One grows so used to "service" that is not really service but rather just a means to make as much money as possible with the least amount of effort. Upon my arrival performed a cooling evaluation found that system is working good at this time.

Upon my arrival I performed HK2E. Pulled and chemically cleaned the air movement system, chemically cleaned the heat transfer media coil and condenser coil. Replaced the voltage enhancement system, performance enhancement system, wire terminals and did a triple evacuation on the water removal system. Sprayed the cabinet and the coil with bio-protect and cleaned the return plenum. Tested the system, checked pressures and found all operations on cooling were operating properly at this time.

Upon my arrival I found that the comfort control had came back and that the system was flashing error code 13. This error code is a high temperature lock out. The system was trying to heat to 74 and the attic it is in is at 94 degrees already. I believe the system got to hot and tripped the sensor. I checked all functions and found it all to be operating properly. Check the exhaust vent pipe and it was clear of any restricts and the coil had a good split. Told the customer is this happens again to call back and we will schedule him for Monday.

Performed the heating evaluation and found everything operating properly at this time. Durning the evaluation I found that both mini split heads need the air movement system pulled and cleaned. Tom would like the quotes emailed over and he’s going to talk it over with his wife. I also recommended him getting a roll of pleated filter to put on top of the system to keep it from collecting so much dirt and help cut down on the cleanings. He would like us to email him a link for the pleated filter roll. Will have to try and figure away to email him something for it. I sent a screen shot to Jacob on what is needed

WO-TNFR245679 upon my arrival performed a repair on a heat pump system, replaced electrical control circuits, after replacing the parts found that system still did not operate properly, after doing more trouble shooting found that the outdoor circuit boards are bad. Will need to get with parts house and get an eta for parts.

Upon my arrival I am installed the customers nest thermostat, tested the system and made sure everything was operating properly and everything is operating properly at this time.

Upon arrival found that the voltage conversion system was faulted. Replaced the part and found that the system was still popping the fuse. After a series of diagnostics tracing wires we found that the Reme halo was faulted. Spoke with the customer about replacing the Reme halo under warranty and she chose to proceed. Installed the new Reme halo and tested the system. Everything is operating properly at this time.

Upon my arrival checked system operations found that system is working mechanically, but has a lot of water in the ducts, did let customer know we could not do anything about that since it’s a mobile home and we don’t replace those duct systems I did let him know he can run the heating and dry out the ducts. No further recommendations were made. Water flooding happened in home.

Found that system was not sensing the indoor ambient temperature and was keeping the system from operating properly. Customer approved HE19A . Will order parts and return.

I explained to client that if it is below 40, he may want to run the system in AUX heat for better performance in heating. I set up better parameters in the thermostat for client and made sure he was happy with everything.

Upon arrival performed HE1A. Replaced the main control board and tested the system. Found the pressures for the lo side were to low so I adjusted them to the proper pressures. Tested all safeties and checked for fault codes. System is operating at manufacture specs at this time. Had trouble getting the board set up due to the Bluetooth not functioning properly. Once I finally got it to work I was able to properly check the programming in the board.

Performed the heating evaluation on the straight cool electric heat system and found everything to be operating properly at this time. Unit does not have anywhere to install surge protection or Reme halo.

Performed repairs on furnace in closet. Replaced the fuel rail, the burners, the orifices, the hot surface ignitor, and the flame sensor. Checked all operations on system and found all components running and operating properly after repair. Spoke to client about replacing the thermostat due to hard to read display, client said he would call us and let us know in the future after he makes a decision.

Upon my arrival I tested the system and found that the flame rail was on burning on 2 of the six burners causing the flame to not reach the flame sensor. With that happening it is not allowing the system to operate due to it being for safety purposes. Spoke with the customer about the different options for repair and he chose to go with HM24C. We will be replacing the flame rail, burners, flame sensor, hot surface igniter and the orifices. Customer also signed up on maintenance. I disabled the system so it will operate in heating as a safety precaution. I let the customer I did so and he understood the reasoning. The sooner we can get back for repair the better as he will be without heat until we do so and the temperatures are getting pretty low next week. He said that if it is ok for him to not be here for repair he is perfectly ok with leaving the door unlocked so we can do the repair we just need to let him know ahead of time so he can do so. This is a closet furnace about 15 years

Spoke with the costumer about Reme halo and she doesn’t want to purchase because she is fixing the home up to put on the market. She would like to leave it up the buyers on whether or not that’s something they want. I did ask if she didn’t mind to pass our name on to whomever purchases the home. She said she planned to do so because she loves working with our company and every tech that has came out has been very professional and courteous.

Upon arrival in Red Rock TX Performed HC6A, removed the old air movement system and installed the new one. Turned the system on a verified it was working properly and it was. Left the system running.

Upon arrival in Red Rock TX I pumped the system down containing the refrigerant within the outside machine. I disconnected the high and low voltage and fastened them to the lineset and disconnect so they would be out of the way and worries for the client. I disconnected the lineset and welded the ends shut. Disconnected outside machine from home and showed the client. Client was very happy with the work done.

Performed the heating evaluation and found the system to be low on R410a refrigerant. Spoke with the client about a leak search and found that the heat transfer media coil had several leaks. Spoke with the client about them having a system that was out of warranty and didn’t recommend putting a bunch of money into it. They would like a comfort specialist to come out and give them a quote for replacing the system. They are still running at this time. Call Linda to set up that time and date.
