Daryl is very knowledgeable about hvac systems. He was very informative and took the time to answer all my questions
Performed maintenance on entire unit, found unit running properly and operating to manufacturer specs.
Performed maintenance on entire unit, found unit running and operating properly and to manufacturer specs. Found unit had no electrical surge protection on either unit, client chose to install one on each unit.
Replaced indoor heat media transfer coil and recharged unit to manufacturer specifications. Unit running properly and found no other issues at this time.
upon my arrival to lockhart, tx., I performed the one time system check on 2 attic heat pump ac systems and found that the downstairs ac system has a major leak in the heat transfer media coil. I spoke with the client about his different options and he chose the Hl1b. This will take 2 people 3-4 hours and the client has paid in full.
upon my arrival to lockhart, tx., i repaired an air conditioning system for a residential customer. Upon my arrival, I found that the voltage enhancement system had failed. The customer choose option HN13A , and I replaced the part. The ac system is now running as it should. The customer was pleased with the service.
I performed the evaluation and found that the system is operating properly at this time.
Arrived for the AC system service. I performed the cooling evaluation on the air conditioning system at the Lockhart Texas location and found the system is operating properly at this time of service. The clients ultra violet light is working properly and the filter was replaced. The client is not interested in the Reme halo at this time.
I found that the AC system was low on refrigerant and not cooling very well because of a leak on the indoor coil. I also found that the indoor system is leaning backward causing the water to fall out of the coil from the inside. I spoke with the client about his different options and I gave him a quote for a full system replacement. The client will speak with his wife and let us know what they want to do.
I performed a heating evaluation on a heat pump HVAC system and heating is operating properly at this time.
I found that the client was having troubles with 3 different air conditioning systems. AC System #1 which cools the unfinished downstairs area in the back and 2 rooms for the client in the front has no r22 refrigerant which I recommend replacement and the client has a consultation set up for 8/6/21 at 10am. HVAC System #2 which cools the upstairs and hallway also has no r22 refrigerant which I also recommend replacement but that system is not priority at this time. AC System #3 which cools the tenets office in the front is cooling but is older and has a dirty indoor HVAC system which I recommend cleaning and that they install a air filter in. This air conditioning system is satisfying the conditioned space but the two offices in the back are pretty hot because they run off of a different system that is completely down at this time (1).
I found that the system was not wired properly or set up for dehumidification and with the fan coil system or charged properly. Client wanted to go ahead and get the proper thermostat and set up properly with the correct charge. I replaced thermostat with an ecobee pro and set it the board up properly. After I charged the system with 2 pounds of r410a to achieve 10 degrees subcool. I went over the setting with the client and let them know that they may not be able to achieve the 40% humidity like they want but should have no problem keeping it in the high 40’s.
