Technician arrived when expected, and gave a thorough going-over of our system. One issue was found which would have led to problems soon, but was not readily apparent, which was a good find by the technician. The issue was quickly resolved after our options were explained.

I performed the cooling evaluation on the system and found that the indoor system has some bacteria build up that needs to be cleaned and a UV light installed to help prevent it from growing further. Please send over the quote and transfer from TNFR.

I performed the cooling evaluation and found that the system is operating properly at this time. The client stated her son in law get hot at night when sleeping in the west side bedroom, there is not a return air vent in that room and I explained how adding a return would help keep that room comfortable.

Upon my arrival to Dale, Tx., I performed a cooling evaluation on the ac unit and found that blower wheel is dirty, had already spoke to customer about findings before he still does not have the money to do repairs, he did renew this maintenance on the equipment.

I performed a cooling evaluation on two closet heat pump systems. Both are cooling properly. The 22 year old system is making some noises and is not operating as efficiently, but is still cooling. Customer is aware and knows we will be happy to replace the system when the time comes.

Upon my arrival found that the voltage distribution system was bad customer choose HD3A , also replaced part of the thermostat wire to the outside unit Ho2A. Customer duct was off under the house they choose to repair that themselves. Left equipment running.

Arrived for the AC system repair service in Dale Tx. The air conditioning system was leaking water in dale, Texas. After my inspection I found the system wet due to water overflowing from drain pan. The client just sucked the water out today and didn't want to pay for drain clearing. I did HIGHLY recommend cleaning heat transfer media coil and blower wheel due to a lot of build up and slime. They will have to wait for finances to be correct and call us back because it really needs it. Only charged service fee.
