Upon our arrival we performed a 6 month checkup on 5 straight cool systems and 1 heat pump mini split system. Flushed and treated the water removal systems, replaced the air filters, washed the condenser coils using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinets then verified system safety and performance. Found everything performing to manufacture specifications at this time. During the evaluation we noted the Reme halo for the kitchen was not working spoke with the customer about the bulb needing to be replaced and they approved while on site. We will get the parts ordered and the office will schedule the return.

Upon my arrival I evaluated 2 carrier gas furnace systems. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications for both systems. Flushed and treated the water removal systems. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed units using water. Found the upstairs fuel distribution system hose to be leaking. Confirmed with soap bubbles. Informed customer of my findings and recommended repair options. Customer wants options sent over via email to review. Technician will follow up Friday morning. Technician left the gas supply off to prevent and further leakage from the faulty distribution system.
Upon my arrival the customer was concerned that the upstairs AC was blowing air, but not cold air. Upon my diagnosis, I found the outdoor refrigerant circulation pumping systems rotors to be locked up, showing locked rotor amps during attempt to start up. Recommended to customer to replace the refrigerant circulation pumping system. Customer chose the HA5D option. The office will be in contact to schedule a time to return and perform the repair.

Found the combustion exhaust removal system to be disconnected allowing combustion gas to dump freely into the attic space. Snapped piping back together to ensure now combustion gasses are being leaked into the attic space. System cooling to manufactures specifications at this time.

Flushed and treated the water removal system, cleaned the flame safety sensor, verified safeties are working, checked for CO, then verified safety and performance. Found the system performing to manufacture specifications at this time. During the evaluation I noticed silver tape being pulled up by the blower on the back side of the blower cabinet. This issue will be resolved under workmanship warranty. Also found one of the supply vents will not open all the causing the air to become restricted. Customer would like a quote emailed over to replace the vent.

Set the new condenser, installed a matching evaporator coil, upgraded the thermostat wiring, and adjusted supply dampers to balance airflow throughout the expanded home.
Upon my arrival I performed the repairs installing UV light inside the drain pan and adding in a new p-trap. I then cleared the remaining drain line with a snake, stress tested the system with a gallon of water, secured all wiring then verified the UV light is operational. System is currently draining properly and customer will let us know if any issues come up.

Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found the indoor air movement system to be very dirty with bacterial growth. Informed customer of my findings. Customer wanted options for air movement system pulling and clean as well as options for Solaris UV bacterial prevention system sent over to him via email. The bacterial growth present may negatively impact indoor air quality; if left unaddressed, it can also restrict airflow within the system, resulting in reduced heating and cooling efficiency. I also replaced the air handler door insulation during evaluation. System cooling at this time.

Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about my concerns with the systems auxiliary float safety switch continuously tripping. I found that there was a a restriction at the p-trap before it goes into the condensate pump. I spoke with the lead tech about my findings and he would like to install the drain pan Solaris UV light and replace the p-trap. Service fee was waived today. This will be no charge to the customer as it is a test run for the new UV light we are trying out. A return will need to be scheduled with the customer.
Upon my arrival, customer was concerned about a communication fault code 179. Stating system had lost communication with the outdoor unit. Upon my diagnosis I found the outdoor three amp fuse to be blown. I found no burn or char spots on the electrical control system. I did find the voltage conversion system to be warm to the touch. Informed customer of my findings and gave options to replace the voltage conversion system. Customer wanted to just replace the three amp fuse and see if error code persists. System cooling properly at this time.

Inspected the ceiling plenum and discovered multiple loose, disconnected, and leaking duct segments. Repaired and resealed all joints, adjusted dampers, and verified airflow and temperature distribution across each zone to ensure consistent comfort.
AC Installation: Installed a new high-efficiency central AC system to replace a 15-year-old unit. Set the outdoor condenser on a level pad, connected refrigerant and electrical lines, installed the air handler in the attic, adjusted ductwork for balanced airflow, and tested the system in cooling and fan modes. Verified uniform temperature delivery across all rooms and confirmed efficient operation per manufacturer specs.
Indoor Air Quality Installation: Installed an Infinity whole-home air purifier in a residence with persistent allergy concerns. Heat Pump Repair: Dispatched to a home where the heat pump was not switching properly into heating mode. Inspected electrical components and refrigerant lines, and found a faulty reversing valve and low refrigerant charge. Replaced the reversing valve, repaired a minor refrigerant leak, recharged to manufacturer specifications, and ran multiple heat and cool cycles to verify stable temperature control and proper defrost operations.
AC Repair: Dispatched to a home where the indoor AC was running but no air was coming through the vents. Inspected the air handler and determined the blower capacitor had failed and the motor bearings were partially seized. Replaced the capacitor, lubricated the motor bearings, checked the motor windings for continuity, and verified voltage to the unit. Ran the system through multiple cooling cycles to confirm restored airflow and stable, consistent cooling throughout the home.
Returned to job to perform HK10A cleaning. Pulled air movement system belt and assembly off and out of unit. Chemically cleaned the air movement assembly and let sit for 5 mins to break up growth. Sprayed air movement system off with water hose. Repeated this process to ensure whole assembly was clean. Let air movement system dry. Reinstalled the air movement system assembly and belt. Tested system for performance and safety. System cooling properly at this time.
