Upon my diagnosis, I found the outdoor voltage enhancement system to be fed on the refrigerant circulation pumping system side. I informed the customer of my findings and presented options for repair. The customer chose the HN13E option. Upon my arrival I checked into the customers concerns. I tested the system and did hear the noise the condensation pump is making. When I checked the pump I found it has a significant amount of zooglea growth built up around it again and the pump is struggling to remove the condensation. I also found bacterial growth inside the system as well as zooglea inside the drain pan. Spoke with the customer about my findings and went over his repair options. Repairs were approved and the office will reach out to schedule our return once the parts have been received.

Found the air movement system and heat transfer media coil to be dirty with bacterial growth on RTU #1. I recommend having both components chemically cleaned and treated. Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found the breaker tripped for the outdoor system and the refrigerant circulation pumping system reading resistance. I tested the voltage enhancement system and also found it was failed. I attempted to install a new since I was getting inconsistent resistance readings on the refrigerant circulation pumping system. I found the RCPS is failed internally not pumping properly. I removed the voltage enhancement system and reinstalled the old one. The system is down until a repair or new equipment is installed. Called out to a home near Ross Road in Del Valle where the primary AC unit wasn't keeping up with the 95-degree heat late in the day. Found the blower motor on the American Standard air handler drawing double its rated amperage due to failing internal bearings. Installed a brand-new blower motor and recalibrated airflow across the duct network. The air velocity at the registers jumped significantly, dropping the main living area temperature down to target within 45 minutes.

Inspected a central cooling system near South Congress in Austin where high humidity was causing moisture to pool on the floor around the indoor unit. The evaporator coil on their Rheem system was heavily caked with dust and pet dander from end-of-summer usage, causing freeze-ups and overflow. Performed a deep chemical coil cleaning, cleared the drain pan, and replaced the restrictive air filter. Indoor humidity dropped sharply, leaving the home crisp and dry.

Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found that the system did not have low voltage being supplied. When I checked the voltage conversion system I found was equipped with a resettable fuse. I reset the fuse and found the system is coming on and performing in normal operation for cool.

Upon my arrival, the customer was concerned that there was water dripping into the auxiliary drain pan and cutting the unit off by triggering the water safety switch. On my diagnosis I found there to be a very bad blockage in the water removal system caused by bacterial growth and Zooglia. I informed the customer of my findings and presented options for repair. I performed the approved repairs and flushed and treated the water removal system. I removed all water from the auxiliary drain pan. And tested the system for performance and safety. The system is cooling and draining properly at this time.
