Upon my arrival in Giddings TX replaced basic electrical safety circuit repair, cleaned and serviced electrical wiring. Wipes of case for indoor systems. Checked operations and system is working good. Let customer know about our maintenance plan. Let home know that system condition is not the greatest. Talked to him about the benefits of replacing it before complete failure. They did not want to set up a consultation at this time.

Upon my arrival to Giddings, TX I spoke to customer they stated they been hearing a dripping sound in the wall , the condensation line does run behind that was but found no water damage to drywall or the base board, system was working good and not backing up. Could not find the source of the noise at this time. I do not think it’s from the air conditioner.

Upon my arrival to Giddings, Tx., I went out to assist a residential customer who was experiencing issues with their air conditioning system. Upon arrival, inspected the ac unit and found that the condenser fan didn't want to startup. Reset the condenser unit and the ac system was working properly again. Asked the homeowner to monitor the ac unit and contact us if the issue happens again. The customer was satisfied with the repair on departure.

Upon my arrival to Giddings, Tx., I went out to install a new air conditioning system for a residential customer. Upon arrival, removed the old outdated ac system and carefully installed the new ac unit. Tested the new ac unit to ensure it was working properly before leaving. The replacement will provide the home with a more reliable heater system in the heat and will lower their utility bills. The customer was pleased with the service.

when i arrived to giddings, tx., i Put new fuse in ac unit, derated heat strips so auxiliary heat wouldn’t run. Client told me to simply get the ac running, they plan on replacing unit soon. Will schedule with client to set up maintenance agreement on main house and possibly a free evaluation on new unit on other home.

Upon my arrival performed repairs and a cooling evaluation. Repair were successful. While doing evaluation did find that the outdoor voltage distribution system and the voltage enhancement system are weak gave customer options, but husband need to go over them. Left equipment running.

Upon my arrival found that the air movement system was bad. The customer approved HC5A and the part has been ordered. Once the new part is installed it should improve the air quality. The customer also signed up for our service agreement for two systems. I did check one system but did not find any issues with it. Will need to return to do repairs and maintenance on other equipment.

Upon my arrival found that the pressure switch had become clogged, unclogged tubing and system came on. Did recommend combustion exhaust system since it is very loud and running rough. Put estimates in and need them sent to customer. tried reaching out to customer but the call did not go thru, need to get a reminder for next week Monday.

Arrived for the AC system repair in Giddings Tx. I found that the indoor coil was frozen solid. So I let it defrost while I gathered all the information on this goodman AC system. The indoor air handler is a communicating, the outdoor is a non single stage and the thermostat is just a regular thermostat. I found that the j door cfm was extremely low causing the coil to freeze. I went through and set up the board properly for the right tonnage and airflow. After setting it up properly I tested the cooling and found it to be ok. There was still a little ice on the coil but the AC system should run fine after it defrosts.
