Flushed and treated the water removal system, verified proper fuel delivery, cleaned the flame safety sensor, checked for CO then verified system safety and performance. Found that the combustion exhaust system is pulling a higher amp draw then manufacture recommended. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and presented repair options. I will follow up in the new year to answer any questions or concerns given the holidays coming up.

Upon my diagnosis I found the heat sequencer to be stuck closed, not giving power to the heating elements. Informed customer of my findings and customer chose the HD5A option. Replaced faulty heat sequencer, and tested system for performance and safety. Let dust burn off of heating elements to prevent smell/smoke. No other issues/recommendations at this time. System performing to manufacturer specifications at this time.

Elgin Heater service When I arrived I found that the outdoor voltage distribution system was stuck closed I replaced and tested the operation of the system and found it working properly. This repair was covered under full warranty because of the good repair he chose in the summer.

Elgin Heater tune up Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns of the system displaying error code 44 blower motor communication failure. Performing my diagnostics. I tested and found that we did have the proper DC voltage being supplied to the specialty air movement system indicating that our failure is within the air movement system itself. I spoke with the customer about my concerns went over a different repair options and advised on the high static pressure issues that we had prior. Customer did approve for the repair of the specialty movement system, and also approved to have the return air renovated to allow more airflow within the system. A return will be scheduled through the office.

Elgin Air conditioning repair Upon my arrival, customer was concerned that nothing was coming on. During my diagnosis, I found the auxiliary drain pan to be full of water as well as the water removal System pump to be clogged. presented customer with options for repair. Customer chose the HF3B option. Flushed and treated water removal system added bio protect and pan tablets to water removal system and auxiliary drain pan. Added bio protect to water removal pump pan. tested system for performance and safety. system operating to manufacturer specifications at this time.

Elgin Mini split repair Upon my arrival i performed the furnace maintenance. Flushed and treated the water removal system, cleaned the flame sensor, checked safeties, verified proper fuel delivery pressures, checked for CO then verified safety and performance of the system. Found the system performing to manufacture specifications at this time. Did advise on customer getting a CO detector within the home.

Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found air movement system to be getting dirty, recommended a pull and clean for air movement system only. Customer wants options sent over to him. No other recommendations at this time.

Upon my arrival, I pulled faulty air movement system out of indoor unit. Took apart, air movement assembly and cleaned with cleaner and water. Installed new air movement system and assembly back into unit, sprayed down heat transfer media coil with viper coil cleaner. Installed union into 3/4 pvc water removal system and cleared water removal system using c02 and a vacuum. Installed power protection system on outdoor disconnect box. Installed new voltage enhancement system and performance enhancement system. Tested system In cooling. Washed down condenser with cleaner and water. Pulled condenser off wall to help with airflow. System performing to manufactures specifications at this time.

Arrived on site to change system filter. Got into attic and changed furnace air filter. Will dispose of old one. Extra filter left under the return box. Treated water removal system with vinegar. System operating properly at this time.
