Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 Bosch heat pump system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found air movement system to be getting dirty, recommended a pull and clean for air movement system only. Customer wants options sent over to him. No other recommendations at this time.

Upon my arrival, I pulled faulty air movement system out of indoor unit. Took apart, air movement assembly and cleaned with cleaner and water. Installed new air movement system and assembly back into unit, sprayed down heat transfer media coil with viper coil cleaner. Installed union into 3/4 pvc water removal system and cleared water removal system using c02 and a vacuum. Installed power protection system on outdoor disconnect box. Installed new voltage enhancement system and performance enhancement system. Tested system In cooling. Washed down condenser with cleaner and water. Pulled condenser off wall to help with airflow. System performing to manufactures specifications at this time.

Arrived on site to change system filter. Got into attic and changed furnace air filter. Will dispose of old one. Extra filter left under the return box. Treated water removal system with vinegar. System operating properly at this time.

Arrived on site to change out faulty electric heat rollout switch. During my repair I found the supplied rollout switch was not the correct one and would not fit. Will be returning with the correct part at a later date, and install new electric heat rollout switch. 3 heat strips still operating correctly. Only one is down.

Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found air filtration system to be dirty, recommend replacement. customer said they would change it. No other recommendations at this time

Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 mortex electric heat system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Found the heat transfer media coil to be dirty, informed customer of my findings. Presented options for cleaning, customer wants options mailed to them.

Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 mortex gas furnace system. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Found the combustion exhaust system to be cracked. Informed customer of my findings, Customer declined repair. Left gas valve off.

Upon arrival, customer was concerned that thermostat was showing fault code: “no outdoor unit communication” and nothing was running. upon diagnosis, I found the outdoor communication boards three amp fuse was popped. Installed a fuse popper and system came on, checked wiring and terminals and found no issues. installed new three amp fuse. Due to a previous repair, This repair is covered under warranty. System is operating to manufacture specifications at this time.

Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 carrier gas furnace system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Comfort control system not reading correctly. Recalibrated ecobee thermostat to +6°. Found no issues at this time. No recommendations at this time

Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 Trane heat pump system. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found the outdoor voltage enhancement system to be reading out of manufacturers range, customer was also concerned with the airflow of the system. Upon inspection I found that the downstairs damper was faulted and not closing when turned off, also found the plenum to be not sealed to the unit properly, needs to be properly resealed to unit upon repair. Sealing the plenum will be covered under labor warranty. Let customer know of my findings and presented options for repair. Customer wants options emailed over to her and will call with any questions.

Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 coleman electric heat system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Found one of the heat strips rollout limit switches to be faulty and not working. Needs to be replaced. Covered under warranty from previous repair in march. No further recommendations at this time

Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 intertherm mobile home electric heat system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Found no issues at this time. Do recommend keeping up with changing the filters regularly, as coil is starting to get dirty again.

Upon my arrival I evaluated 2 carrier heat pump systems. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found the voltage enhancement system for unit #2 to be faulty on the herm side. Informed customer of fault and presented options for repair. Customer chose the HN13A option. I replaced the voltage enhancement system and did safety and performance testing and found unit to be running at manufacturers specifications at this time. No other recommendations at this time. Arrived on site to perform system, maintenance and cooling evaluations on two Carrier heat pumps started in attic and blew out water removal systems with CO2 chemically treated heat, transfer media coil pans and water removal systems with pant treatment spray. checked system operation. checked filters inside. Tested both systems and cooling and got an 18° split for both systems went outside and cleaned out both condenser electrical cabinets. Checked pressures and washed down condensers with water.

Performed by annual system, maintenance and cooling evaluation on two Carrier heat pumps. Blew out water removal systems with CO2 chemically treated heat transfer media coil pan and water removal system lines with pan. Treatment spray noticed some bacterial growth on air movement system tested both systems in cooling and got temperature split of 16° on unit one and 18.7° on unit two cleaned out both condenser electrical panels and treated areas with insecticide Spray. Pressures looked good washed condensers down with water. Customer regularly changes filters systems cooling at manufacturer specifications at this time.

Cooling eval on 2 systems for Mikulencak.

Upon my arrival I spoke with the tenant about their concerns with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found the system has no refrigerant within the system. I spoke with the home owner and he would like a comfort specialist to come out and quote equipment replacement. The tenant asked that I add his number to the account so he receives notifications when we are heading their way and when they are scheduled.

Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month check up on 2 straight cool furnace systems. Flushed and treated the water removal system, washed condenser coils using water, cleaned and treated electrical cabinets with electrical insecticide then verified system safety and performance. I found both system operating to manufacture specifications at this time. Customer does plan to renew her maintenance contracts with us.

Customer stated fan running but blowing warm air. Upon diagnosis we tested the system in cooling and found that the system is not presenting any issues at this time. Advised customer to inform us if system does this again and to leave everything the way it is.

Upon arrival we spoke to customer about his concerns with the system freezing over outside. Performing our diagnostic we found the system to have high subcool and high superheat values indicating a restriction in the metering device. We spoke to the customer about our concerns and informed him we could get repair options for him in the morning when we get part availability. Currently system is cooling but does have the potential to freeze over again. Customer is aware of this and will monitor it until repair can be performed. .

Upon my arrival, I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system, not cooling. Performing my diagnostics. I found that there was no high voltage going to the main control board at the indoor furnace. When I pulled the door cover, I found that the door was not pushing the door, Killswitch all the way in allowing proper voltage to the system. I fixed the issue and found that the system is now cooling properly.

Upon my arrival I performed a biannual cooling evaluation. Made sure system was operating up to manufacturers specifications. Flushed out water removal system. Sprayed antibacterial pan treatment on coil pan. Made sure outdoor system was operating to manufacturer specifications and washed out the condenser coil with water. Did notice some bacterial growth in the air handler cabinet around blower fan wire into harness and top of A coil. Let customer know about the issue and read pricing options to her husband about installing a UV light. Customer is going to review estimates and pictures and get back to us.

Performed bi annual cooling evaluation. Checked indoor unit cooling operation and voltages and amps in air handler cabinet. Indoor system function properly. Changed filter. Checked outdoor units voltages and amps. Checked pressures. Washed down unit with water. Recommend customer add a safety float switch to the water removal system. Also recommend customer add surge protection to indoor and outdoor unit as well please send over quotes. System cooling and operating at manufacturers specifications at this time.

Upon arrival I went into the attic and blew out the water removal system and sprayed drain pan treatment into coil pan as well as into the drain itself. Looked at blower wheel and motor and got voltages and amps for equipment. Placed probes in supply and return ducts to get temp split. Went outside and noticed there was a good amount of plant growth around unit. Recommended clearing it away to customer and she agreed. Got voltages and amps for outdoor equipment and checked capacitor and contractor. All working correctly. Washed down unit with water and used condenser cleaner for the top and electrical cover. System operating to manufacture specifications at this time.
