My recommendation was for installing an iFlo system in his drain due to the build up causing a blockage. The customer decided to have the estimate emailed to him so he can think about it.

I found that the system had a backed up water removal system. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and went over corrective actions. Customer approved to have the water removal. System cleared and treated today. They were not interested in the maintenance program at this time but did take a business card. I cleared the water removal system treated the water removal system tested the system and found everything is operating properly at this time. System is very aged and customers are now aware of that and are also aware of our free consultations.

Today we cleared and treated the water removal system, washed the outdoor condenser coil with water, treated the electrical cabinet with electrical insecticide and dusted the electrical cabinet. I found that were the water removal system gone into the vent pipe in the attic is siliconed into the 2” vent pipe and start to leak past the silicone. I spoke with customer about my recommendations of cutting the section out and installing a 2” y with a 3/4 reducer to prevent this from happening anymore. Customer approved the repairs and signed up for maintenance today. Repair is scheduled between 12:00 & 4:00 pm 5/29/25.

Arrived in Cedar Creek for AC Maintenance, Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about the concerns with the thermostat going blank and the noises from the outdoor system. Performing my diagnostics, I did find that the water removal system was backed up, causing the auxiliary float switch to trip which intern causes the thermostat to go blank. I removed the auxiliary float switch to allow power to the thermostat and tested the system and found the outdoor unit is operating is performing well and the noise they heard from the outdoor system was from a potential short cycle on the compressor. I also found some bacterial growth inside the air handler. I went over all my findings and repair options with the customer. Today they just wanted to have the water removal system cleared and treated. They did choose to sign up for the maintenance program today and wou

Arrived in Cedar Creek for AC Repairs, Today I arrived and met with Mr miller, I investigated and verified his concerns. Found outdoor system had a short that caused a few areas of wire to burn, connectors melt etc. I have options to the customer and from there I was given approval for today’s repair. In customers original concern he had mentioned outdoor unit was shutting off at times and that’s when he found outdoor system not running, with that being said I explained that after this repair I’ll verify performance and safety however there might be an alternate cause other than the outdoor short. After repairs I began testing performance and safety and found system operating well pressures indicating hot house it’s possible indoor refrigerant pressure control valve may not be adjusting my properly WO-TNFR483792

I went through all diagnostic steps that carrier published and deemed no faults within system at this time, spoke with Dan about he findings and we’ve agreed to replace motor if the issue persists, they are trying to sell the home currently. With approval from Dan I also completed the evaluations today, began by verifying systems safety and its performance. I then flushed and treated the indoor water removal systems of both main house units and guest house.. During the evaluation I found that the indoor air movement system is dirty and the outdoor start up amps were higher then manufacture recommended. I competed the evaluation finding everything else to be operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the equipment. I then went over different repair options with the customers on both recommendations. Customer chose to go with HN1D and would like the options emailed over for the cleaning of the indoor air movement system. Performing the approved repair I replaced installed a performance enhancement system, replaced the voltage distribution system, voltage enhancement system, redid all wire terminals, rescued the wiring going to the refrigerant circulation pumping system, chemically washed the outdoor condenser coil, then performed a performance and safety testing.

I spoke with the customer about his different repair options. He chose to go with HN13C. I performed the repair replacing the voltage enhancement system, redoing wire terminals and installing a performance enhancement system. After completion of the repair I continued the evaluation. I found everything to be operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the equipment.

Upon my arrival in Smithville, for AC maintenance, I assessed the duct work and found several areas that are ripped and tore open. I also found growth inside the ducting. Customer wants quotes for replacing all the ducting ASAP.

Today I arrived in Cedar creek, for AC maintenance, and met with the customer. I verified concern no cool air thermostat says it’s on. Found system low voltage was intact, tested and verified all operations and I found the unit had a clogged drain line. Customer is going to be cleaning drain line and agreed to pay service charge.

I tested all functions of system, heating, cooling, auxiliary heating and defrost. System is fully operational and performs well, the air filter is dirty and recommended to be changed asap, the indoor unit could use a cleaning and the outdoor voltage enhancement system has been replaced today. Today I mentioned that the indoor system is ready to be cleaned as there are signs of bacteria and growth in air movement system. We spoke about Solaris and the options with cleaning. Moving forward we need to email estimates to her, and we will review next week. Upon departure left system in auto mode set for 72 heat and 82 cool.

Upon my arrival, in Cedar Creek, for an AC repair, I changed out compressor along with new Contactor, capacitor, wiring harness for compressor and added kick start kit. Also pulled and cleaned blower and cleaned out indoor coil. Patched up duct that was torn in attic and also installed new filter grill 25x20. When system was started up found bad TXV. Put in three window units for the time being until TXV is here. We found there were discrepancies within the pressures while the system was in cooling. I recovered off refrigerant pulled the refrigeration pressure control verified that it was not sealed shut. Purged the system several times with nitrogen. Installed a new filter dryer, pressure tested the system, and then brought the system back down to a proper vacuum. Once the proper vacuum was obtained and then recharge the system with 8 pounds of refrigerant and tested its operations. I found the system to be operating properly.
