Upon arrival discussed with customer home not cooling properly with indoor unit on and outdoor unit off. Upon further inspection found bad voltage enhancement system. Customer opted for HN13A. Warranty credits were applied and customer opted for comfort 1. Concerns were also expressed about half of the mobile home not receiving proper airflow. After further inspection, it is presume that ductwork has become disconnected in the ceiling. Customer will contact us when they are ready to tackle this problem which will include the need for an infrared camera to decide where to cut ceiling open to access ductwork for repair. Important to note that customer expressed concerns that problem started after the installation of the new system in 2020. This condition most likely caused by improperly connected ductwork by manufacture of the mobile home.

upon my arrival I performed a six month check up on one heat pump system. I flushed and treated the water removal system, washed the condenser coil using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet with electrical insecticide, then verified system safety and performance. I found the system to be operating the best it possibly can at this time given its age and the restriction on the indoor heat transfer media coil. Given the coil is beginning to deteriorate a cleaning is not recommended due to the potential of further damage happening to the heat transfer media coil. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and recommended a consultation to upgrade the equipment to something more efficient. Customer would like the office to reach out and schedule for the comfort specialist to come out.

Upon our arrival we spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system not cooling well. Performing our diagnostics we found that the system was pulling in hot attic air. When the previous coil repair was performed there was a good sized gap left around the exhaust vent pipe and the line set. Today we sealed these areas with duct board and proceeded to test the system finding everything operating within manufacture specifications at this time. If system does not reach desired temp customer will let us know.

Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found the indoor heat exchanger and the airflow distribution system covered in debris. Recommended a cleaning but the customer chose to have the quotes emailed to him at this time. I also installed the iflo device, and accepted payment for it. I installed the iflo into the primary drain line, Kevin wanted it installed so that it injects into the primary drain pan but due to the thickness of the front panel the elbow fitting that comes with the iflo device is too short. I’ll check if we can do something about this. I did advise him that the cleaning of the indoor unit will help prevent drain line clogs.

I spoke with the customer about my concerns and went over repair options. I did advise on the systems age when options were presented. Customer approved HC23A today. I performed the approved repairs then test the systems safety and performance. Given the systems age it is running the best it can at this time and the indoor heat transfer media coil is beginning to deteriorate. Customer want to wait until after the checkup on the 11th to consider having a comfort specialist come out.

I found that the outdoor system was not coming on. I then tested the voltage enhancement system and found it bad. I spoke with the client about his different options and he chose the hn13e. I replaced the voltage enhancement, voltage distribution, performance enhancement, wire terminals and cleaned the outdoor system. After the repairs I tested the system and found it working properly. The client has paid in full.

Recommend a leak search using dye to find the leak and I also recommend replacing the uv light. The customer has already renewed their Comf1 plan.

Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns that the customer had with the comfort control being blank. Performing my diagnostics I found that the water removal system has a restriction causing water to back up and trip the auxiliary float safety switch. I spoke with the customer about my concerns over the phone and they approved to have the water removal system flushed then treated. I performed the repair flushing the water removal system the pouring half of a gallon of hot water mixed with drain solvent into the water removal system, I then flushed the system again and poured the other half of a gallon into the water removal system. Once I verified there were no more restrictions I then tested the systems safety and performance finding everything to be cooling properly at this time.

I found the systems efficiency to very low. While performing the eval I found the temperature split to lower them recommended, refrigerant pressures to be low, indoor air movement system and coil to be dirty, voltage enhancement system low on the indoor system and the start up amps to be higher then manufacture recommended. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and advised on meeting with our comfort specialist. Customer would like the office to reach out and schedule a consult.

Customer also stated they will call when they are ready to renew and did not wish do so today.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I did AC Tune up. I looked into the concerns the customer had with the living room vent building condensation. I found everything on the system performing to manufacture specifications at this time. While on site I went ahead and sealed inside the supply air bucket and sealed around the top side of the supply air bucket to prevent any hot attic air from entering at the supply vent. I also suspended the duct from one of the rafters to pick it up off the ground. Customer will reach out if this doesn’t resolve the issue.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I did AC Service I evaluated 2 heat pump systems. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. . The following recommendations are for the upstairs system, I recommend a cleaning of the airflow distribution system and the indoor heat exchanger, I also recommend adding refrigerant due to the pressures being lower than normal, I also recommend installing a uv light after a cleaning of the indoor unit to help keep the duct system clean. These recommendations are for the downstairs system, I recommend a cleaning of the airflow distribution system, I also recommend iFlo for the drain line, I would also recommend a uv light installation in the supply plenum to keep the ductwork clean and adding refrigerant 410a fit to the pressures being lower than normal.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I did AC Tune-up spoke with the customer about their concerns with the comfort control displaying error code 41 and the system not cooling. I performed my diagnostics finding that the specialty air movement system is faulted causing this error code. I spoke with the customer about my recommendations and the approved HC14C. I performed the repair while onsite replacing the specialty air movement system, new control board, new wiring harness and redoing wire terminals. When I went it turn the breaker back on to the system I found that it is now faulted as well. I spoke with the customer about this and he went to the hardware store to pickup a replacement breaker and he replaced the breaker so I could test the system. After customer installed the new breaker I ran a performance and safety testing on the system. I found everything to be operating within the manufacture specifications at this time.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I did Air Conditioning. I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found that the indoor coil had some ice present on it still indicating it froze over at one point. I verified the systems air flow then checked the pressures, while checking pressures I found that systems was pumping down on the low side indicating the refrigerant pressure control was sealed closed. I checked this in heat pump mode and found that the refrigerant pressure control is faulted. Went over my recommendations with the customer and our maintenance. Customer approved HI1E and signed both systems on maintenance today. Return will be scheduled by the office once parts are obtained and widow units will be installed until repair is completed.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek I did Air Conditioning. I performed the approved repairs. I removed the faulted air movement system, installed the new one, verified proper rotation and amp draw then performed a performance and safety testing on the system. I found that everything is operating within manufacture specifications at this time. It will take the system a few hours to get down to the desired temperature.

My recommendation was for installing an iFlo system in his drain due to the build up causing a blockage. The customer decided to have the estimate emailed to him so he can think about it.

Arrived in Cedar Creek for AC Repairs, Upon my arrival, I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system coming on and off. Performing my diagnostics. I found that the system had a backed up water removal system. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and went over corrective actions. Customer approved to have the water removal. System cleared and treated today. They were not interested in the maintenance program at this time but did take a business card. I cleared the water removal system treated the water removal system tested the system and found everything is operating properly at this time. System is very aged and customers are now aware of that and are also aware of our free consultations.

We verified that the system is operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the equipment.

Arrived in Cedar Creek for AC Maintenance, Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with water leaking. I found that were the water removal system gone into the vent pipe in the attic is siliconed into the 2” vent pipe and start to leak past the silicone. I spoke with customer about my recommendations of cutting the section out and installing a 2” y with a 3/4 reducer to prevent this from happening anymore. Customer approved the repairs and signed up for maintenance today. Repair is scheduled between 12:00 & 4:00 pm 5/29/25.
