Upon my arrival the customer was concerned that the outdoor system was not running when called for cool. Upon my diagnosis I found the outdoor exhaust removal system had faulted and not coming on when called. This was letting the refrigerant circulation pumping system run without anything to pull heat off of it causing it to shut off on thermal overload. I informed the customer of my findings and presented options for repair. The customer chose the HC7D option. I removed the old faulted exhaust removal system and installed a new Azure motor from the truck. I replaced the voltage enhancement system and added a performance enhancement system along with a new power protection system. I chemically cleaned the outdoor heat transfer media coil and washed off with water. I cleaned out the electrical panel and re secured all wires inside the panel. Tested system for performance and safety. System cooling properly at this time. WO-TNFR701851

Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found the system showing signs of low refrigerant charge. When adjusting the charge I found the refrigerant pressure control still metering improperly. Spoke with the customer about my concerns and went over his different repair options. An option was selected while on site, 50% down payment collected and all 3 systems have been renewed for maintenance. The office will reach out to schedule our return for the repair.

Flushed and treated the water removal system, replaced the air filter, washed the condenser coil using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet then verified system safety and performance. Found everything performing to manufacture specifications at this time. Customer will renew on the 15th of this month.

Recommend speaking with a comfort specialist. Currently the air circulation system is operating right at the max manufacture recommended amp draw which is causing it to run at a higher RPMs giving an inaccurate reading on pressures and temperature split and the exhaust removal system is operating outside the max manufacture recommended amp draw. Spoke with the customer about my concerns and they would like the repair options emailed over and a comfort specialist to come out to decide how they would like to move forward.

Cedar Creek AC Tune-up I found that the outdoor exhaust removal system was locked up and the outdoor voltage enhancement system was low. I spoke with the client about the repair and that it is risky on a 17 year old system and she wanted to do the repair. I replaced the motor and the voltage enhancement system and tested the system and found it to be cooling. It was hot inside and outside so the pressures were a little bit off. I told her to see how it run and if it struggles we may need to add r22 refrigerant. I also spoke with the client about replacing the mobile home furnace system with a heat pump system. She said she wants to be put in a list for when we have deals in the fall/winter.

Cedar Creek Air Conditioner Arrived at a home in Cedar Creek where the homeowner had been on portable units in the back bedrooms for two summers because the existing central system never reached those rooms adequately. The bedrooms were a later addition to the home and the original ductwork had never been extended to cover them properly. Rather than trying to modify aging ductwork, installed a heat pump mini-split system sized to handle the addition, mounted the indoor wall unit for optimal airflow across both back rooms, set the outdoor compressor on a composite pad, ran refrigerant lines and wiring through an exterior wall sleeve, and tested cooling and heating modes before leaving. Back bedrooms are part of the house now instead of something the homeowners just endure every summer.

I found the system low on refrigerant due a leak on the indoor heat transfer media coil. Spoke with the customer about my concerns and my recommendations. They would like to set an appointment with the comfort specialist to quote replacing both systems.

Cedar Creek AC Maintenance On my arrival, the customer is concerned that the indoor fan was running, but not cooling the house. Upon my diagnosis, I found the indoor air movement system to be dirty, but I found no other abnormalities in the system. There were no fault codes pertaining to the issue described. System cooling to the best of its ability with the dirty air movement system blades.

Flushed and treated the water removal systems, replaced air filters on the upstairs system and the dehumidifier, washed condenser coils using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinets then verified system safety and performance. Found the guest house and the upstairs system performing to manufacture specifications at this time. The downstairs system I found the exhaust removal system is still surging. Customer would like the bandaid option emailed over for the exhaust removal system so he can think about moving forward. I will get availability of the parts the have the option emailed over.

Cedar Creek AC Tune-up On my arrival, the customer is concerned about a bathroom register to be having some bacterial growth and being wet. Upon my diagnosis, I found the register to be located in close proximity to the bathroom shower. While the shower is running, creating hot steam in the bathroom, the air conditioner is mixing cold air with this hot humid air and creating condensation. In this condensation allows for bacterial growth. I informed the customer to either turn the exhaust fan on while in the shower or turn the system off so that it does not run. Checked system for performance and safety. System cooling properly at this time.

Cedar Creek AC Service Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 carrier heat pump system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found The indoor air movement system and heat transfer media coil pan and housing to be dirty with bacterial growth. If left untreated this growth can negatively impact indoor air quality as well as the heating/cooling efficiency of the system. I recommend having a Solaris bacterial prevention system installed to stop and further growth. Customer wants to wait untill the end of the year to save up and chose an option then. System cooling properly at this time.

Cedar Creek Air Conditioning Upon my arrival, checked into the concerns with the system not cooling and the comfort control being blank. Performing my diagnostics. I found that the in-line fuse was blown preventing voltage to the comfort control. Installed my fuse, popper to test system and checked all wiring on the indoor and outdoor system and could not find what may have caused it to blow. During my diagnostics, I noticed that the indoor system is extremely dirty and highly recommend having it cleaned. There is a significant amount of bacteria, growth built-up on the air movement system, the heat transfer media coil, and inside the air handler. Spoke with the customer about my findings today and they would like the cleanings emailed over to review as well as the pictures that I submit and approved for the in-line fuse to be replaced while on site. I will also be emailing over our maintenance agreement so they can discuss it when they discuss the cleanings.

Cedar Creek AC Service Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns with the systems not coming on. I found the auxiliary float safety switch tripped due to zooglea build up inside the drain pan. I cleared as much out as I could and ran a bristle brush through the drain port then stress tested with a gallon of water. The drain pan is draining at this time but coils potentially become backed up again. The build up was not present at the previous evaluation which indicates the growth is producing faster then the iFLO can keep up with. I spoke with the customer about Solaris and how the ionizer with a 4” filter base with UV germicidal bulbs around the coil could benefit the system and reduce the growth. This is something she is going to think about but did mention it’s something she is highly considering to have installed. Waived the repair and service charge under warranty of iFLO and platinum coil cleaning.

Recommend speaking with the comfort specialist about upgrading the equipment given the repairs needed and the equipments age. System needs an auxiliary float safety switch installed, cleaning on the air circulation system, cleaning on the heat transfer media coil, clean the bacterial growth out of the system, add in dampers to help control the airflow into different rooms. Customer is going to wait until the mini split system is paid for to move forward with upgrading the main system.

Cedar Creek Heat When I arrived I found it was 90 degrees in the house and the breaker for the outdoor unit was tripped. I test the compressor to see if it was grounded and it was not. I then found that the voltage enhancement system was completely bad. I spoke with the client about his different options and he chose the hn13e. I replaced the voltage enhancement, voltage distribution, added performance enhancement, redid some wire terminals and cleaned the outdoor coil. After the repair I tested the system and found it was operating properly. The pressures are elevated because it is hot inside and outside but they are within specs.

She would like us to schedule a time to come back out and check the duct work.

Cedar Creek AC Maintenance Upon my arrival, I checked into the concerns with the system, not cooling. Performing my diagnostics. The only thing I could find is one of the auxiliary float. Safety switches was very sensitive. Anytime the drain line got bumped and would shut the system down. I wired past the auxiliary float safety switch, so the system is only utilizing one of the float switches at the secondary drain port, which will still shut the system down if the drain line ever becomes restricted. The system is currently performing to manufacture specifications at this time. Customer will inform us if for some reason it does not continue cooling while in the home it did drop 3°.

Spoke with the customer about the bacterial growth and she approved to have a cleaning performed. The office will reach out to schedule our return.

Cedar Creek Air Conditioner Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns with the system not cooling. Performing my diagnostics I found the hard start kit in the outdoor unit had blown up causing a short on the compressor. I removed the start kit then tested the system. System is performing the best it can given its age. With it being 90°F in the home it was difficult to get an accurate read on the refrigerant levels. If the customer experiences it not cooling to her liking she will give us a call. I went over the age of the equipment and she plans to sale the home in 6 months so doesn’t know if she wants to put that kind of money into it or not.

Cedar Creek AC Repair On arrival, the customer was concerned that the unit indoors was running, but not blowing cold air. Upon my diagnosis, I found the outdoor voltage distribution system to be fed due to insects inside the contacts. I also found the voltage enhancement system to be blown with a hole in the side leaking oil. I informed the customer of my findings and recommended replacing all damage components in the condensing unit. The customer agreed and chose the HD4C option. I replaced the outdoor voltage enhancement system and voltage distribution system. I also installed a performance enhancement system as well. I redid all the terminals with new connections. Turned system on and checked for performance and safety. System cooling properly at this time.
