Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 furnace system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, replaced the air filter, verified proper fuel delivery, checked for CO, cleaned the flame saftey sensor then verified system safety and performance. Found everything performing to manufacture specifications at this time.

Commercial Duct Repair: Arrived at a small office experiencing low airflow and uneven cooling across several zones. Inspected the ceiling plenum and discovered multiple loose, disconnected, and leaking duct segments. Repaired and resealed all joints, adjusted dampers, and verified airflow and temperature distribution across each zone to ensure consistent comfort.

AC Installation: Installed a new high-efficiency central AC system to replace a 15-year-old unit. Set the outdoor condenser on a level pad, connected refrigerant and electrical lines, installed the air handler in the attic, adjusted ductwork for balanced airflow, and tested the system in cooling and fan modes. Verified uniform temperature delivery across all rooms and confirmed efficient operation per manufacturer specs.

Indoor Air Quality Installation: Installed an Infinity whole-home air purifier in a residence with persistent allergy concerns. Connected the unit to the main return duct, ensured proper electrical supply, calibrated the control module, and verified airflow. Conducted particle detection testing to confirm high-efficiency filtration and improved indoor air quality for the entire home.

Ductless Mini-Split Installation: Installed a new ductless mini-split system in a newly built addition in the home. Mounted the indoor air handler, positioned the outdoor compressor on a level pad, ran insulated refrigerant and control wiring through the wall, and installed a proper condensate drain. Verified refrigerant pressures, tested both heating and cooling modes, and balanced airflow to ensure even comfort throughout the space.

Heat Pump Repair: Dispatched to a home where the heat pump was not switching properly into heating mode. Inspected electrical components and refrigerant lines, and found a faulty reversing valve and low refrigerant charge. Replaced the reversing valve, repaired a minor refrigerant leak, recharged to manufacturer specifications, and ran multiple heat and cool cycles to verify stable temperature control and proper defrost operations.

AC Repair: Dispatched to a home where the indoor AC was running but no air was coming through the vents. Inspected the air handler and determined the blower capacitor had failed and the motor bearings were partially seized. Replaced the capacitor, lubricated the motor bearings, checked the motor windings for continuity, and verified voltage to the unit. Ran the system through multiple cooling cycles to confirm restored airflow and stable, consistent cooling throughout the home.

Returned to job to perform HK10A cleaning. Pulled air movement system belt and assembly off and out of unit. Chemically cleaned the air movement assembly and let sit for 5 mins to break up growth. Sprayed air movement system off with water hose. Repeated this process to ensure whole assembly was clean. Let air movement system dry. Reinstalled the air movement system assembly and belt. Tested system for performance and safety. System cooling properly at this time.

Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found no issues at this time. No recommendations at this time. Replaced iFlo cartridge. Replaced filter supplied by customer. Updated system firmware to latest version.

Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found no issues at this time. No recommendations at this time. Left home on heat, set at 60° confirmed with customer.

Upon my arrival I performed the warrantied repair. Removed the blower housing and installed a new blower wheel. Before reinstalling I checked each screw verifying everything is tight. I then reinstalled the blower housing and tested the system. There is still some vibration from the unit and when operating at 100% capacity the chandelier still has some vibration to it. I informed the customer that it is common for a system to have some vibration to it and with the chandelier being right underneath the system that they may still experience some vibration.

Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 furnace system, 1 heat pump system and 1 dual zone mini split system. Flushed and treated the water removal systems, cleaned/replaced air filters, washed condenser coils using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinets, on the furnace verified proper fuel deliver, cleaned the flame safety sensor, checked for CO then verified system safety and performance on all 3. Found the upstairs and downstairs systems performing to manufacture specifications at this time. Both mini split heads have bacterial build up on the air movement systems and a cleaning is recommended. Spoke with the customer and he asked to have the options emailed over.

Cleaned the electrical cabinet and cleaned off flame sensors with an abrasive cloth. Changed all filters for both systems Found RTU #2s air movement system to be getting dirty. Recommended a cleaning. Customer wants estimate sent over to them via email. Found no further issues with either system. No other recommendations at this time.

I spoke with the lead installer and he said it was operating at the install but there was electrical work needing to be finished by an electrician in the attic. I plugged the Solaris system in and verified it is operating properly.

Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 1 furnace system and 1 heat pump system. Before getting started customer mentioned the man system has a bad vibration to it again inside the home. Performing my diagnostics the only thing I could find is the air circulation system itself is out of balance. We will be ordering parts to make corrective actions towards the vibration. I then flushed and treated the water removal systems on both systems, on the furnace I cleaned the flame safety sensor, verified proper fuel delivery, checked for CO, replaced the air filter then verified system safety and performance. The mini split heat pump I cleaned the air filters, washed the condenser coil with water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet then verified system safety and performance. Found both systems performing to manufacture specifications aside from the air circulation system causing vibration on the main unit.
