Paige Heater repair Upon my arrival i performed a 6 month checkup on 1 straight cool system. Flushed and treated the water removal system, washed the condenser coil using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet the verified system safety and performance. Found both filters are original from the install and are very restricted. I advise to replace the filters and consider having the system cleaned. Customer mentioned an odd odor when the system is in operation. A cleaning should help remove the odor and home air purification would be a step into the right direction.

Found no other issues and no other recommendations.

Paige Furnace service Upon my arrival, customer was concerned that the heat would come on and stay on even with comfort control system, not calling for heat. Upon my diagnosis, I found the electric control system sequencer to be faulty and stuck on. Informed customer of my findings and presented options for repair. Customer chose the HD5A option. Swapped faulty sequencer with new one. Tested system for performance and safety. System shutting down when it’s supposed to and heating properly at this time.

Paige Heater tune up I performed the heating evaluation on the 16 year old heat pump system. The system is operating properly at this time but I did speak with the client about the age of the system and let her know if she has any issues with it let us know.

Paige Heater service I found that the indoor air movement system is getting the correct voltage but is seized. I spoke with the client about his different options and he chose the Hc5b. We will pick up the motor today and replace. The client has paid in full.

Paige Heater tune up Upon my arrival, customer was concerned the indoor air movement system would make a loud squealing noise when in heating mode. Upon my diagnosis, I found the indoor air movement system to be leaking oil and to be the cause of the grinding noise. Gave customer options for repair. Also gave customer options for a new system due to the age and condition of the current system. Customer wants some time to think it over and will be in contact with the office.

Flushed and treated the water removal systems. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Replaced downstairs units filter with new one supplied by customer. Customer was concerned about a humming noise coming from the condenser outside. Office will be in contact about sending someone out to put some isolation pads under the unit to reduce noise and vibration. no other issues or recommendations at this time.

I performed the heating evaluation on the propane furnace in the attic and found everything to be operating properly at this time. I did let the client know I highly recommend a carbon monoxide detector be installed inside the home.

I found the system performing to manufacture specifications at this time but there is bacterial growth present inside the air handler. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and she is unsure whether or not she will be keeping the home so does not wish to have Solaris installed. She will take a look at options for cleaning of the system and possibly consider going that route.

The customer chose the HN13D option. Replaced outdoor voltage enhancement system replaced CSRU1 performance enhancement system replaced single pole voltage distribution system washed off condenser and checked performance and safety of system. Also found indoor air movement system to be dirty. Informed customer of my findings. customer wants options for cleaning emailed over to him And will choose an option at a later date. System is heating properly at this time.

Paige Furnace service Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on 3 straight electric heating systems. Flushed and treated the water removal systems, replaced the air filters, checked temperature rise, checked all wire terminals then verified system safety and performance. I found that Unit #1 needs the heat transfer media coil and air circulation system chemically cleaned, Unit #2 needs the heat transfer media coil and air circulation system chemically cleaned, an auxiliary float safety switch added at the secondary drain port and a vent pipe installed after the P-trap, Unit #3 needs the return air plenum replaced, the heat transfer media coil and air circulation system chemically cleaned and a vent pipe installed after the p-trap. Will email over all repair options and advised on using better filters for the system.

Flushed and treated water removal systems, checked filters, cleaned the flame safety sensor, checked for proper fuel delivery, washed the condenser coil with water then verified system safety and performance. Found the main homes system performing to manufacture specifications and the shop mini split system has developed a leak at the heat transfer media coil inside. This is covered under the customers extended warranty and the necessary parts will be ordered for a return repair.

Arrived on site and customer was concerned that the system was on but blowing warm air. Upon my diagnosis, I found the system to be low on R410a refrigerant. Checked the indoor heat transfer media coil and found an obvious leak. Informed customer of the leak and options for repair. Customer is interested in having our comfort specialist come out and give a quote on a new system.

Upon our arrival we performed the approved repairs. Installed Solaris UV germicidal bulbs, PCO and power control module on the main carrier system. Tested its operations, secured wiring and sprayed with bio protect. On the American standard system we performed a chemical cleaning, cleaned and treated the bacterial growth, sprayed the system with bio protect and verified its operation. Both system are clean and free of bacterial growth at this time.

Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns of the condenser not coming on. Performing my diagnostics I found that the breaker was tripped due to a locked up exhaust removal system. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and presented repair options. Given the recent repairs and the age of the system customer choose to go with the option that got the system back cooling today. I installed a new exhaust removal system then tested the system finding it cooling the best it can given its age and condition.
