I performed the 1x system check and found that the indoor system has alot of bacteria and the outdoor voltage enhancement system is extremely low. Cedar Creek Air Conditioner Upon my arrival I checked into the concerns with the outdoor unit not coming on. I found that the voltage enhancement system failed preventing normal operation of the outdoor system. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and presented repair options. Customer approved repair and signed up for maintenance. I performed the approved repairs installing a new voltage enhancement system, voltage distribution system, adding performance enhancement system, redoing wire terminals, chemically washing the outdoor coil then running a performance and safety testing. System is performing to manufacture specifications at this time. It is very hot in the home so getting an accurate read on the pressures was difficult. Once the home is cooled down we will be able to get a better reading at the cool evaluation.

AC Tune-up Cedar Creek Opon our arrival we performed the approved repairs. Recovered the remaining refrigerant, installed new heat transfer media coils on both indoor units, torqued the flare fittings to manufacture specifications, pressure tested with nitrogen, fixed a flare fitting that had a leak the pressures tested again, brought the system down to proper vacuum then recharged with new clean refrigerant to manufacture specifications. System is performing to manufacture specifications at this time.

Flushed and treated the water removal system, replaced the filters, washed the condenser coils using water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet then verified system safety and performance. Found the downstairs system performing to manufacture specifications at this time and the upstairs system showing signs of low refrigerant charge. Spoke with the customer about performing a leak search and he choose to have dye added to pin point all leaks if there are multiple. The office will schedule the return on 1 to 2 weeks from today. He will decide on renewal after the leak is located.

Cedar Creek AC Maintenance Upon my arrival I found the system frozen solid. I was unable to diagnose and a return will be scheduled for later this afternoon once the system has thawed out. Turned the cooling to off and the fan to on. When I returned I found the system was thawed and I was able to perform my diagnostics. I found the system low on refrigerant. Spoke with the customer about performing leak search and they approved. I performed an electronic leak search and used soap bubbles. I found one for sure leak on the refrigerant pressure control with soap bubbles and found a questionable are on the outdoor coil but was unable to pin point and exact leak. Spoke with the customer about adding dye to the system to ensure there are no other leaks and they approved. Installed UV leak dye and recharged back to manufacture recommended subcool. We will return on 1-2 weeks to complete the UV leak dye search and go over repair options.

Cedar Creek Air Conditioning Returned two job to replace the indoor air movement system. Pulled faulty air movement system out of air handler cabinet and installed new air movement system and tested system for performance and safety system cooling at this time.

Cedar Creek AC Tune-up Play my arrival customer was concerned that nothing was coming on when calling for cooling at the comfort controller. , My diagnosis I found the indoor air movement system to be faulted. Informed customer of my findings and recommended replacing the indoor air movement system. Presented options to the customer, customer wants to get a hold of her husband to approve options. Will send options over via email. System not cooling at this time.

Cedar Creek Heat Pump I performed the cooling evaluation and found that the outdoor voltage enhancement system was low. I spoke with the client about his different options and he chose the hn13e. I replaced the voltage enhancement,voltage distribution, added performance enhancement, redid some wire terminals, power protection and cleaned the system. After the repair I tested the system and found it operating properly at this time.

Pricing a leak search I found both indoor heat transfer coils have developed a leak. This is covered under the customers extended warranty and the office will coordinate the return once parts are received.

Performing my diagnostics I found the auxiliary float safety switch tripped due to a restricted water removal system. I also found the system needs to be cleaned and the filters replaced. Spoke with the customer about my concerns and went over their different repair options. A repair was selected today to have the heat transfer media coil chemically cleaned. With a repair being approved I cleared and treated the water removal system. Recommended they replace the filters more often than they have. The office will reach out to schedule the return for the deep chemical clean on the system.

I was unable to get the sound to duplicate itself but did find the indoor and outdoor coils needing to be cleaned. I washed the outdoor coil with water while onsite and spoke with the customers about my concerns. They choose to go with adding in Solaris and having the system chemically cleaned. Cedar Creek AC Service On my arrival, customer was concerned that there was water dripping underneath the indoor air handler unit. By my diagnosis, I found the water removal system to be clogged not allowing water to escape from the heat transfer media coil pan. Informed customer of my findings and presented options for repair. customer chose the HF3A option. Used CO2 to purge and flush the water removal system. Spent some extra time to make sure there were no cracks in the heat transfer media coil pan due to the location of the water dripping. After purging and flushing the water removal system, I ran a gallon of warm water through the water removal system. System cooling and draining properly at this time.

Cedar Creek Heat Pump. Springtime AC Maintenance: Arrived for a seasonal AC tune-up before the first stretch of warm spring weather. Removed debris from inside the condenser cabinet, rinsed pollen and dirt from the outdoor coil, checked the dual-run capacitor readings, and inspected the contactor for pitting. Flushed the condensate drain with treatment solution, replaced the return filter, and verified proper temperature split across the evaporator coil during a full cooling cycle.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek AC Service I evaluated 1 carrier gas furnace system. I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Customer was concerned that the startup noise of the outdoor condenser was very loud. Found the condenser to be pulling high amps on startup. Installed a performance enhancement system to bring down the startup amps from 92 to 66 amps. Sound no longer heard on startup. System cooling to manufactures specifications at this time.
