Customer asked to have the options emailed over to discuss this with his wife.

Upon my diagnosis, I found the hallway systems supply Plenum to be unsealed and flapping when the system comes on causing a vibration noise. Informed customer of my findings. Informed customer If left untreated the bacteria could grow, negatively effecting the air quality of the home, and possible restricting the airflow of the system reducing the cooling and heating efficiency. Found no other issues and no other recommendations at this time.

Chemically washed the heat transfer media coil and the air circulation system, removed all bacterial growth from the air handler, cleaned the exterior of the air handler, installed 2 UV germicidal bulbs, 1 PCO air purifier, 1 power module, secured all wiring, redid wire terminals, flushed the water removal system then ran a performance and safety testing finding everything performing to manufacture specifications at this time.

Customer wants options sent over to look over with husband. Will follow up Thursday to answer any questions. Found no further issues and no further recommendations at this time. System cooling properly at this time.

Flushed and treated the water removal systems, wash the condenser coils using water, cleaned, and treated the electrical cabinets, then verified system safety and performance. I found the master bedroom system performing to manufacture specifications, but is due for a filter change. The main system I found the voltage enhancement system operating outside manufacture specifications, the voltage distribution system chard/pitted and the power consumption on startup outside manufacture specifications. Spoke with a customer about my concerns and they approved a repair, paid for a filter change and moving forward would like to be on the list to change the filter out each year. They asked that the repair be performed when we return to replace the filter.

If left unattended too, and voltage distribution faults, the outdoor unit may not run, or may not shut off causing damage to the refrigerant pumping system or freezing the indoor heat transfer media coil. Customer only wants to repair if the system is broken or faulted. Found no further issues and no further recommendations at this time.

Informed customer of my findings and customer gave approval for replacement. Replaced auxiliary water safety switch and tested system for performance and safety system cooling properly at this time. Customer is also concerned that offices 112 and 118 were getting warm. Found the comfort controller to be set on heat. Swapped controller back to cool. System cooling properly at this time.

Customer had to return to work so we will email the pictures over on the form with options for bacterial prevention systems as well. Left a pamphlet on the counter with the change from renewal. We also have a promotion going thru the end of March of an additional $100 of Solaris products and can be combined with membership discount.
